Throughout the many years that we’ve been in business, we have built many many friendships, worked with persons with disabilities, helped clients reach their goals and provided the tools and assistance for success in their individual fitness and weight loss journeys. We will help you to stay on track and motivate you to lose or maintain your weight. Our approach is to provide you with the knowledge and tools so that you can achieve success.
Our training experts are certified fitness professions who are enthusiastic, energetic and reliable. They are fun and very approachable – very dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and objectives.
Your private facility is available for you to train from Monday to Friday, starting at 4:30 to 9pm, and on weekends. Book a time and date with our personal trainers and we’ll be there!

Note: Most of the Personal Training Specialty Programs offered are based around your time and availability. Sign up for a Free fitness consultation. We’ll go through your goals and objectives, determine your fitness level and prescribe a fitness program.
