This year, I met with Marathon Fitness after my accident to improve my mobility I was excited to hear that they had the HUR air resistance machines which offers therapeutic modality in prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. They taught me how to strengthen the areas around my injuries and how to work around the problems in my body. Now I can run, and lift weights without pain in my calves or shoulders!
