Marathon Fitness’ Pilates Mat Intensive Personal Training program will help to work your core muscles, develop and sculpt your booty and increase your muscular strength training.
This may be your “go to” workout. I will show you what I personally do in my workouts.
Some Pilates exercises may be challenging but I do have easier versions that are modified but by the end of the 8 week challenge you won’t need those modifications.
